Friends of Wolverham are a group of parents who meet regularly to discuss fundraising ideas for the school year. These include: own clothes days, Christmas Fayre, Autumn Disco, Summer Fayre, cake sales, fun days and much more!
Throughout the year Wolverham children help to raise money for a number of different charities. Some of the most recent charities have been:
- CLAPA (Cleft Lip and Palate Association) Charity
- Aintree Hospital Neurological Dept
- Age UK
- Reverse Rett Syndrome
- Children in Need
- Local Ellesmere Port food bank
- Starlight charity
- Sports relief
- Alzheimer’s research
The next planned event that the Friends of Wolverham will be organising is an Autumn disco. We will be organising an Easter fayre and an Aspirations day in the summer.
More details will be sent out as we get nearer to the date.
